Internship in Tenerife

Idag har jag tagit hepatit-vaccinspruta nr.2. Egentligen finns det ju inga särskilda vaccinations-rekommendationer till Kanarieöarna, men jag bestämde mig för att köra på Twinrix-programet ändå, eftersom det sägs ge i princip livslångt skydd, och jag kommer ju med största sannolikhet behöva hepatitskydd i länder jag tänker besöka i framtiden, så lika bra att få det undan :) Det gjorde inte lika ont och jag har haft lindrigare symtom nu än då jag tog 1a sprutan, vilket ju är skönt. 

 

Detta har i övrigt inget med sprutor att göra, men jag hade en sån ångestfylld mardröm inatt, som i stort sätt gick ut på att jag var väldigt försenad till flyget som skulle ta mig till Teneriffa, inte hade jag hunnit packa färdigt heller..! Usch, gillar inte dessa drömmar som så ofta dyker upp ett tag innan jag ska iväg på resa..

Today I had the 2nd shot of hepatitis-vaccine. It's not that it's that necessary to have it on the Canary Islands, but I figured I'll just get it over with for all those future trips.. And they say it's supposed to give life-long protection anyway, so why not?

 

This has nothing to do with needles, but I just wanted to mention last night's nightmare - I was about to go to Tenerife, but I was really late for the flight and I hadn't even packed my things yet.. I just hate those dreams that I tend to get shortly before I'm supposed to travel.. 

 

I guess I might be suffering from an early stage of "resfeber" :)
